First time in Cholula

Cholula is a small town in Puebla state, about 2 hours in a bus from Mexico City. It's famous for the Great Pyramide and Nuestra Señora de los Remedios sanctuary that is build on it's top. While going up, there is a lot of street vendor selling handmade goods, food, drinks (I dared to try Tepache - fermented pineapple drink - it was delicous) and also roasted locust (called 'chapulines'). The day was beautiful, and we enjoyed Cholula so much we was back there in few weeks, I'll post some more photos soon.

On the top there is beautiful view of volcano Popocatepetl.
